Ordering Conditions

The main characteristics of desired products are included in the description right next to the product. We can’t take responsibility for an incorrect interpretation of the description! Földkorong Ltd. takes great care in maintaining the information on the webpage, however, some changes and errors can be still occurred. For these errors in the data base we do not take responsibility.
All pieces are 100% hand made, no two items are exactly the same, so you will get a unique product!! We are not responsible, if the product may not be exactly the same as the photographs on the webshop (it means minimal differences), but we strive to show the pictures of the products to the closest to reality. On the page of the product you can find the name, the gross price, and the quantity of each item written next to its picture. The price includes the value-added tax too, but doesn’t contain the shipping fee, however the expected delivery charge – after registration – will be listed. The Földkorong Ltd. reserves the right to change prices.

Price and payment terms

Purchased items are not affected by future price changes, and in case of discounted products the sale is valid until the announced date on the webpage. Only if the Manóműhely has confirmed the order, may the price be considered final. The final price of the product is the price which is given in the order’s confirmation.

You can pay through PayPal or by the usual credit card payment (Visa, Maestro, American Express cards) . We prefer PayPal because it is one of the most used and safest paying systems. If you want to order outside the Europian Union, you can pay with PayPal only.

After your payment we will send your package for transport to DPD.

The order’s invoice will be placed inside of your package.

Transport information

The Földkorong Ltd.’s contracted courier partner (within the Eurpean Union) is DPD Hungária Ltd. international courier service (www.dpd.com).

The shipping fee is made up by two things:the weight of the product and the destination (which country).

Registration is required before you may proceed with your order.By registering we will be able to calculate the final price automatically. This includes the added shipping fee. At the moment we can ship on fixed price to 25 Eurpean countries, but we can ship to United Kingdom, America, Asia and Australia on request. Please contact us for a shipping price! Please remember, that the delivery expenses could be higher nearly as much as the product itself- if the deliver out of European countries. The buyer must pay the custom tax of the ordered products.

The shipped packages will be delivered within 7-10 days by the courier within the European Union.

DPD will handle the delivery of the product. It will send an email when the package arrives. Every DPD package has a DPD-given delivery code number, which helps you follow the journey of your package at www.dpd.com.

DPD tries delivering the package a maximum of 3 times, but the purchaser has the opportunity of changing the delivery’s date at DPD.

In case of a failed delivery, DPD leaves a message at the delivery address.

After the third failed delivery the product gets sent back to the Manóműhely and the order is considered deleted.The cost of the product will be credited to the purchaser without the cost of the shipping within 30 days after the cancelation.

The list of the countries and the shipping fees are given in the folowing table. The prices are gross prices and the currency is given in Euro (€).
